After years of helping organizations build teams and scale their talent strategies, I realized the same principles that build strong companies also build strong communities: clarity, trust, and intentional leadership.
Hasna Collective was created to bring those principles together across multiple ventures. Whether helping companies build world-class teams through TA Builder, delivering scalable recruiting systems through TA Blueprint, supporting day-to-day people operations through Your Part-Time HR, delivering precise financial reporting and fiscal management for community associations through Sun Valley HOA, or creating moments of connection through Coffee Tea & She, the mission remains the same—to build businesses that make a meaningful impact on the people they serve.
Most recently, that mission led to the formation of Growth Catalyst Group (GCG) — a shared-services alliance that unites independently owned professional service firms across Idaho and the Mountain West. GCG brings together firms spanning human capital, legal, insurance, accounting, marketing, IT, and leadership consulting under one cohesive ecosystem. Each partner retains full ownership and autonomy; what GCG provides is the infrastructure, coordination, and strategic support to help each firm grow stronger together than they could alone.
